Kavinsky - Outsider - what keys?

Greetings --

I'm curious if anyone might know what synths/piano vsts are used in the intro keys in Kavinsky's "Outsider" :

Last interview I read he uses all soft synths...it sounds to me like an upright piano layered with a classic synth...but I really don't know.

Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds more like a chorus to me. The piano sound itself could almost fool me, I thought it sounded like a CP for a second, but I think it’s not.

As do I. But a phaser typically results in a more “filtered” whooshy sound. A bit like a wah pedal. With a slow enough modulation rate it can get in chorus territory though.

Thanks Doc! I guess the CP70b is worth a shot with a chorus -- happy to experiment, I'm enjoying learning about this gear before my time

It almost has a bit of pitch warble too, either from the VI presets (like an old bar honky tonk room piano) or using a plugin to introduce a little instability..

Ok, this is awkward, but I have no experience reading music or playing piano but I like to learn songs just by memorizing keys on my piano at home. Been wanting to learn this song but can’t find the notes or any how to’s. What keys are they?😅 thanks!!
